Comparative Law Scientific Circle and Scientific Circle of Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy have a pleasure to invite you to a meeting with Mikołaj Barczentewicz, which will take place on 24th April 2018 in Collegium Iuridicum II, room 1.2.
Our speaker is a graduate of MISH at University of Warsaw and a PhD Student at Oxford University. He lectures a public law and theory of law at University of Surrey. Previously, he had an opportunity to teach in a range of Law Philosophy, Constitutional Law, Roman Law and EU law. In his PhD thesis he focused on the issue of unconstitutional amendment to a constitution. He also researches the H. L. A. Hart philosophy. – especially his concept of secondary rules.
